The number of cars around you diminishes your ability to proceed productively or at full posted speed. Traffic can generally be described as difficult
The situation can vary wildly in terms of congestion from most cars driving safely at close to full speed, to rarely moving all together. It is much more common that brakes will need to be used to slow down due to space limitations, unforseen circumstances, or accelleration misjudgement.
When in traffic, regardless of how inopportune, untimely or stressful it is wise to be curtious of the mates who share the road with us.
